Where We Conduct Immigration Psychological Evaluations

Arboleda Therapy conducts immigration psychological evaluations by telehealth for clients in the 40 states and jurisdictions listed below, and in person in Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia. Every evaluation is led by Sandra Arboleda, LICSW, and every report is conducted and signed by a clinician licensed or authorized in the client's state, drawing on Sandra's own licenses and Arboleda Therapy's contracted clinician network.

Evaluations are available in English and Spanish for asylum, I-601 and I-601A extreme hardship waivers, EOIR-42B cancellation of removal, VAWA, U visa and T visa cases.
